This is a tutorial that shows you how I make stamps. I'm not very good with tutorials, so hopefully this teaches you well enough.
I realize that this is not the only way possible to make stamps. I'm just making a tutorial on how I do it.
I use Photoshop Elements 6, but there are plenty of other programs that can do the same thing. Layers are essential in this tutorial.
